- 1913
- Founder, Noboru Ohtaka was born in 1913.
- 1926
- While he was returning home from school, got his right foot stuck in a bamboo stump and stopped the bleeding with medicinal herbs. Afterward, he began developing enzyme solutions.
- 1935
- He established the "OHTAKA ENZYME RESEARCH ASSOCIATION" in Hattari Village.
- 1955
- Noboru Ohtaka from Takadomari Fukagawa-shi Hokkaido relocated to Obihiro-shi Hokkaido. He acquired a house there and established the "OHTAKA ENZYME SCIENCE RESEARCH INSTITUTE."
- 1957
- He released the OHTAKA ENZYME drink, 1,800ml for 6,000 yen.
- November 1959
- Obtained a patent in the United States.
- September 1960
- Established "OHTAKA ENZYME CHEMICAL Co., Ltd." at 835 Sakuramachi, Otaru-shi(current residence of the chairman). Applied for a patent in Japan and established "OHTAKA HEALTH CLUB".
- 1961
- Opened the "Ion House", a fermented sawdust bath in Shiroishi Sapporo-shi.
- 1962
- A factory and office building were completed in Sakuramachi Otaru-shi.
- 1963
- obtained manufacturing approval for the cosmetic product "HELALUNO".
- June 1965
- "OHTAKA ENZYME CHEMICAL Co., Ltd." and "OHTAKA ENZYME SALES Co., Ltd." merged. The capital is 51 million yen.
- January 1970
- Noboru Ohtaka received the National Japan Academic Award from the Japan Bachelor Association.
- June 1971
- Noboru Ohtaka received the Chairman's Incentive Award from the Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation.
- October 1971
- The product name of "Ohtaka Enzyme Beverage" has been changed to "SUPER OHTAKA".
- October 1972
- During the Sapporo Winter Olympics, the sawdust bath "Ion House" sponsored the event.

- Tsuneo Sugimori was appointed as CEO.

- Launched the "HELALUNO PURE" series of additive-free cosmetics.

- Released the animal plant extract fermented liquid "SUPER WAN-NYAN".

- Chairman, Tokuko Ohtaka passed away.
